Millard Food Company is owned and run by a husband and wife team with complimentary skill sets.
Mimi is in charge of food production and is the creator of all our products. She has been vegan since 2007, and has always loved cooking and feeding people. Prior to co-founding Millard Food Company, Mimi worked in hospitality for her entire working career - now she does what she loves for a full time job! Mimi also enjoys mycology, foraging, growing vegetables in her greenhouse, lifting weights and spending quality time with her two daughters.
Tom is in charge of all other business functions besides food production, allowing Mimi to focus on what she does best. Tom has been vegan since 2018 and his professional background is in economics consulting. He has had a lifelong obsession with all motorised transport, and enjoys lifting weights, DIY projects and spending quality time with his daughter and stepdaughter.
