We will not issue refunds or accept returns for issues regarding taste preference. Refunds and/or replacements will only be given in cases of specific product faults as determined by us or in cases where parcels are severely delayed in transit or lost.

In cases where delivery attempts have been made but no one is home and the delivery is returned or delayed resulting in the products spoiling, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

We will not accept responsibility for deliveries being delayed or lost in transit due to incorrect addresses or contact information. Please ensure this information is correct as well as the contents of your order before finalising.
